چکیده
Abstract Background Honeysuckle is a time‐honored herb with anticancer activity in traditional Chinese medicine. Recently, accumulating reports are suggesting that the microRNAs this medicinal plant not only play physiological role their original system, but also can be transmitted to another species as potential therapeutic components. In numerous bioactive investigations, anti-tumor effects of these magical rarely studied, especially special miR2911, honeysuckle-encoded atypical microRNA, high stability during boiling process and unique biological target TGF-β1 mRNA. Methods Luciferase assay was conducted test ability miR2911 ELISA performed determine expression level mouse colorectal adenocarcinoma CT26 cells when treated tumor tissue Sidt1 + / −/− mice. qRT-PCR examine miR2911. Tumor-bearing wild nude mice were employed evaluate effect honeysuckle vivo. Tumor necrosis observed by H&E staining. Besides, infiltration T lymphocytes across solid tumors tested immunostaining Results Our results showed slowed development colon cancer down. Further research could bind strongly mRNA down-regulate had under acid condition. Moreover, SIDT1 mediated dietary inter-species absorption. And we found similar honeysuckle. Mechanistically, reversed tumor-promoting an increase infiltration, resulting slowing immunocompetent Consistent inference, revealed abolished cell immune deficiency Conclusion Taken together, honeysuckle-derived through targeting The down-regulation promoted accordingly impeded development.

MiR-128 Inhibits Tumor Growth and Angiogenesis by Targeting p70S6K1
MicroRNAs are a class of small noncoding RNAs that function as critical gene regulators through targeting mRNAs for translational repression or degradation. In this study, we showed that miR-128 expression levels were decreased in glioma, and identified p70S6K1 as a novel direct target of miR-128. Overexpression of miR-128 suppressed p70S6K1 and its downstream signaling molecules such as HIF-1 ...
متن کاملMicroRNA-610 inhibits tumor growth of melanoma by targeting LRP6
Accumulating evidence showed that aberrant miRNAs expression was involved in initiation and progression of melanoma. However, the investigation of different miRNAs in melanoma remain attractive. In this research, we demonstrated that miR-610 expression was decreased in melanoma tissues and cell lines. The clinical data showed that the reduced miR-610 expression was obviously associated with adv...

متن کاملMicroRNA-663 inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion of glioblastoma cells via targeting TGF-β1.
Cell migration and invasion are key processes involved during tumor metastasis. Recently, microRNAs (miRs) have been demonstrated to play important roles in the regulation of cancer metastasis. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unknown. Here, we aimed to investigate the exact role of miR-663 in the metastasis of glioblastoma as well as the underlying mechanisms. By performing quantitati...
متن کاملThe Transforming Growth Factor-β1 (TGF-β1) Gene Polymorphisms (TGF-β1 T869C and TGF-β1 T29C) and Susceptibility to Postmenopausal Osteoporosis
UNLABELLED The aim of the present study was to integrate all the eligible studies and investigate whether the transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) gene polymorphisms (TGF-β1 T869C and TGF-β1 T29C) are correlated with postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) risk. PMOP is a common skeletal disease and several genetic factors play an important role in the development and progression of PMOP. Signific...
